Ted goes after a wad of South African cash. A crime close to home has the Wests joining forces with the police and neighbourhood watch.

Ted and the boys take a road trip to Gisborne to steal a large chunk of money from South African supporters. Back home Ngaire and Lefty’s daughter, Chelsea is attacked in the park. Rita calls the cops but they don’t take it seriously. Bert finds being a snitch in the anti-tour movement does have its attractions. Encouraged by Mike McCarthy, the women join the local neighbourhood watch to catch the park perpetrator, but discover Sparky is the main suspect. When the South African job scores a zero Lefty and Ted clash. The Wests and the cops unite for a night to catch the deviant and clear Sparky’s name.
